The Vegetables

On this farm we produce vegetables using regenerative practices. Fields to Plate Produce has been is business since 2013, providing superior quality vegetables for the surrounding Durango community and the western slope of Colorado. We have always focused on storage root vegetable production but have expanded our capabilities since our humble beginnings. We currently produce 5 acres of vegetables on this 120-acre ranch and rotate plots on a 3 year basis to allow for proper rest time and fertility management. We are able to produce year round utilizing our greenhouses and other season extension techniques. Annually we produce well over 50,000 lbs. of produce that is distributed throughout the western slope of Colorado.
